🇫🇷 Hello everyone, my name is Ludo, a Frenchman from Lille. After studying gastronomy for 5 years, I took my career around the world working in fine dining for more than ten years.

🌎 I've traveled hundreds of thousands of miles to over 90 countries and territories, slept in all kinds of places, tried amazing food, made friends with people of all nationalities, learned several languages and, more importantly, I discovered the extraordinary richness of other cultures around the world.

🌶️ At the end of 2018, I decided to pursue my dreams and my passion for travel by creating “Spicy World”, a personalized travel planning service to help others discover our planet. It was a rough ride through covid, but we got through it and travel is looking brighter everyday.

There’s a massive tree in Oaxaca : The Arbol Del Tule (or Tule Tree) and it's As Massive As It Is Miraculous.
.
Most say that the tree is approximately 1,500 years old. Some estimates even place it over 2,000 – 3,000 years old. This Ahuehuete Cypress is among the oldest living trees in the world.
.
How Did It Grow To be So Large?
.
The tree is so large that it literally dwarfs the church beside it. Measurements vary, but the Tule Tree is approximately 55 meters in circumference, over 40 meters tall, weighs over 500 tons and can provide shade for around 500 people!
.
Experts once believed that it was so large it could only feasibly be a merger between multiple trees. However, modern DNA analysis has established that the Tule is the massive result of one individual strain of tree. The Ahuehuete Cypress is native to Mexico and Guatemala, and means “old man of the water”.
.
How it got so large is beyond understanding, but locals do believe that it has to do with the sacred land upon which it grows. It has been celebrated for centuries.

Because it’s a secluded country between the Adriatic Sea and impressive mountains, with inspiring wild nature, cultural diversity, an enchanting history, good food, and genuine hospitality.

Montenegro has been known for the past fifteen years as a “Mediterranean wonderland.” Thanks to all its tourism potential, this small and relatively new country has undergone an impressive evolution, which resulted in an important growth in the tourism sector.
.
And this is the reason why I have chosen to settle down here for a few months before going on the road again.
